A private and fully furnished fitness suite and studio, ideal for 1 to 1 and personal training sessions and classes. No membership required for personal training.

Equipped with multiple lifting platforms and a plethora of heavy weight lifting equipment. Car parking is free and directly opposite the gym. No membership required for personal training.

BalanceD Edinburgh Pilates & Physiotherapy

For both 1 to 1 and 1 to 2 Pilates sessions and Reformer Pilates Classes at the Balanced Stockbridge Studio with me on a Monday and Saturday.

I try to find exercises and training plans that are enjoyable for my clients as well as effective in getting the results needed. I am a strong believer in the power of good nutrition and lifestyle, which means I encourage my clients to adopt healthier patterns.  I am not a drill sergeant. I work with you to develop health and fitness in a sustainable and enjoyable manner. You won’t be pushed beyond your limits using violent training methods.

I teach you to listen to your body and push yourself as hard as is appropriate. As you get fitter and stronger, we may work harder. By combining fun, effective exercise, with proper program design and lifestyle factors you will definitely achieve your goals.
